PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF CLEARWATER REVIEWS

This is an update to a previous review I wrote. I am upgrading my review to five stars today. I had an issue with what I had been charged for two garage door springs on 04-03-25. The work was done very well, I have not complaints with the quality of workmanship. During my initial call to set up my appointment, I was told that the springs could cost up to a certain price. However, the price I was given during the install was for quite a bit more. I paid the higher price because I needed to be able to use my garage door right away. Later, I left a review indicating that I was not happy with the price difference. A local manager, Nick, called me today and was very understanding with my situation. He told me that they would match the original "up to" price and refund to me the difference. I am glad that honesty in the business world still exists. I give Precision Garage Doors my highest rating. Thank you for your great customer service!

I called Precision on a Friday morning and the technician came that same morning my technician, Cheney, was without a doubt, one of the nicest and very knowledgeable In his trade. He wrote me an estimate we talked about it and agreed what really needed to be done and what we could do without since I am disabled and on a fixed income. He worked diligently and answered all of my questions and even some I didn’t get a chance to ask. As for my garage, I think it was cleaner after he finished then it was when he started.I am so pleased that I called Precision and they sent this wonderful technician to me. He’s the greatest and I will definitely be referring anyone that needs service or A new garage door.

The belt broke on our 13-year-old opener and I call Precision for repair service. Chis McVeigh arrived promptly at scheduled time, conducted detail review and clearly explained the issue. Chris provided various options/price points for my decision. After my decision, Chris replaced parts, cleaned up work area, provided walk through of new system, programed remotes, and provided manuals. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door, as I feel that I have quality product, installation and received high level customer service.

He very well could have upsold me additional parts but he was very honest and provided repairs and advice. I am extremely delighted by his service and honesty and the company overall. Jody in the office was super helpful and responsive as well. When we decide to replace our garage door, we will definitely give them our business. Highly recommend!!

We received excellent service from Integrity Garage Door, their installation crew was professional, very organized and quickly removed a temporary enclosure that our contractor put up, installed our new garage door and cleaned up everything, leaving it spotless. This was the second time we have used Integrity Garage Door and both times have been great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their old garage door.
