CANYON CATERING REVIEWS

Canyon Catering did an outstanding job of feeding over 200 of us at our charity auction event. The BBQ themed fare including tender brisket, tri tip with savory mushroom gravy and fresh baked cornbread was delicious. The pre dinner garlic mashed potatoes with short rib served in a martini style glass got rave reviews all around! Your staff did such a good job, they are obviously experienced servers. Thank you Canyon Catering for helping make our event so successful.

Great tasting food with a ton of options. Excellent service. Good pricing. The tasting was just us as opposed to some group tastings. Guests were raving about the short ribs, deserts, and appetizers for days after the wedding. The staff had timing perfect, were friendly, and handled any last minute requests.

Canyon Catering always has great food, talented staff, chefs and servers. Especially their bar tenders.

Gaby was phenomenal to work with – exquisite food and incredible attention to detail. From setting our menu to helping us with our tablescape, she put so much time and energy into making our reception dinner one to remember. We're STILL getting texts from friends and family who attended asking us where they can get her butternut squash soup (a must if you go with Tiscareno's Catering ;). Attended a wedding this past Saturday where this business catered. This was by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had at any event. In my previous business I attended over 227 events in 9 years. And this is some of the best catered food I’ve ever had. The fajitas were supper delicious. The lemon rice - so tasty! And even the beans were more flavorful than your common pinto beans. These guys will cater my next daughter’s wedding for sure.

My wife and I are so glad that we went with Tiscareno's for our wedding. Their food is phenomenal and their coordination with our wedding planner helped make our special day perfect. Gaby is an absolute joy to work with and to be around. You can't go wrong with this lovely family-owned business!

Above All Catering was instrumental in making our wedding a hit, and a huge part of that was thanks to Danielle. She was so communicative, responsive, and really took the time to understand who we are as a couple - making sure the menu reflected that perfectly. The food not only tasted amazing, but felt so us. Our guests are still raving about the hamachi crudo from cocktail hour (so fresh and flavorful!) and the pasta station was such a fun, interactive touch. The cocktails were also no joke - strong and well-balanced, just the way we like them. Service was smooth, professional, and totally stress-free. Multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We couldn't agree more!

I was the coordinator for a wedding and reception last weekend in Laguna Beach. Fernando and his staff provided excellent, professional service. They were on time and the food was top notch. The pass tray appetizers kept flowing and the buffet table decor display was consistent with my bride's theme. Above All was ready to meet my every request. As an event coordinator, I look forward to working with them again.

Good food ran by good people. When you plan an event this place is a must.
