Josue was an incredible chef that reminded me why Benihana is an amazing experience. Funny, entertaining, and most importantly, one heck of a chef!! Literally the best food I’ve had coming to various Benihanas! 100% will request him in the future - I recommend you do too. I’m literally writing this from the table after cleaning my plate because there’s nothing left for me to do but shout Josue’s praise. Best Benihana I’ve had, without a doubt.

Monica is the best. She gave us extraordinary service. Very attentive and proactive. Brought extra napkins before we asked. Kept our table clean. Jorge was an excellent chef. He was entertaining and took really great care of us. I've visited many Benihanas in the US, London, Hawaii, Thailand, etc. I know a great location when I see one. Anaheim is highly recommended. Will be back again as I have before and will keep bringing friends.

My family and I love Benihanas, the food is amazing as always. Hector cooked our food, he had a great attitude. He interacted with us and asked how we wanted our food cooked. He made are dinner enjoyable. Thank you HECTOR for you amazing service.

KAIBA JAPANESE RAMEN, SUSHI & GRILL REVIEWS

Awesome food, service in a drive thru or dine in restaurant. I was a little set back as it looked like a drive thru but ended up … gotta come back for more. We were stuffed after a tiger roll, sashimi, and tempura. Largest serving size and super fresh fish, tasty rolls , crusty-light tempura. “Happy hr” drinks all night long!! One of the best Jap-exican fusion menu. Outstanding immigrant ingenuity!

I ordered two ramens, vegetable tempura, and chicken teriyaki. All the dishes were good, and the lunch menu prices were reasonable and satisfying. The server was also kind, making the overall experience excellent. With great food, fair prices, and kind service, I highly recommend visiting to satisfy your hungry soul.

I love Kaiba! One of the most affordable sushi places I've been to. And to top it off, the rolls are huge and fresh! I've gone out of my way to go to Kaiba. Keep it up!

Atmosphere means little when the food is this good. Everything here is absolutely delicious!!!! I travel all the way from Moreno Valley just to eat this chicken / beef teriyaki. The best Japanese ????????made by the best Mexican ????????Chefs.

If you want a super good teriyaki bowl this is the spot. Good prices amazing food no frills here outdoor dining only but the food is incredible. I have been eating at mos 2 for 20 years always consistently delicious.

Great food and portions are enough to have you full. I always get the combination plate. Gyoza is a bit pricey but it comes with the plate for free. I eat there but it can be loud with the busy street right there.
