We worked with Amanda at Colorado Catering Company for our wedding in Golden, Colorado in April 2025. We had a great experience working with Amanda from day one. She was very responsive and was always willing to cater the event based on our requests. We talked to a few caterers, and Amanda was the only one who listened to our budget and special requests. Amanda helped us with our wedding vision and we couldn’t be happier. On the day of the event, everything went smoothly. Food was great and everything was on time. Staff was very nice. Went above and beyond to make us, the bride and groom, feel extra special and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Choices are great. Plenty of delicious food items to put together for the perfect event. The mac n cheese and crab cakes are always my favorite go to treats. Thank you CCC for helping me through the years with all of my events. Big or small you always come through with excellent food and exceptional service. See you at my next event.

Ian and Vanessa provided an amazing menu catered buffet for my wedding. Every single item were delicious and made with quality ingredients. You can tell that they both love what they do and the love is found in the food they create. Do not hesitate booking them for any event, especially a wedding. It was pleasure speaking with them and hope to use them in the future for other events. My guests were raving that every item was perfection.

Pirate Chef catered an event for us (~40 people) at the CSU Spur Campus in Denver. The food was excellent with obviously fresh and quality ingredients, all at a doable price point. Perhaps equally important, Ian and Vanessa were easy to coordinate with being highly responsive, they were on time, and accommodated our needs without any battling! Would recommend and hire again.

Pirate Chef was an amazing experience. They catered my daughters wedding. We received so many compliments on the food. Use them for your catering service. You will not be disappointed.

THE CRAZY CATERER REVIEWS

We had Crazy Caterer cater part of our wedding in September in Morrison, CO at the Cliff House Lodge. We had an American/Indian fusion wedding and wanted to provide guests with both Indian and American food options. Kim was great to work with and helped me build the perfect menu for our buffet. We served the pot roast, chicken pot pie, a salad and bread. I might be missing something. Kim and her staff also were extremely gracious with helping the venue staff in cutting and serving our wedding cake to guests. To my surprise, my guests were excited to try the Indian food, and we ended up with a ton of leftover food from the Crazy Caterer. It was awesome to be able to take that to our event the next day, which was a music festival in the mountains. The guests raved about the food! We would definitely recommend them for your next event. No complaints.

Kim and her team were the perfect choice for our end-of-year banquet to celebrate student employees! Kim's communication is consistent, efficient, and clear, and she accounts for every detail. She took into account all dietary restrictions (of which there were many for our large group), and everyone at the event raved about the quality of the food. The aesthetics of the buffet were top-notch as well, and all the plate ware and cutlery were compostable. Kim and her team truly left no stone unturned in creating an exceptional experience for me as the coordinator and for all the guests! I couldn't recommend The Crazy Caterer more highly.

Kim catered our wedding and it was spectacular. Not only was the food creative and attractive, everyone Kim recommended for other services such as flowers, event coordinator, did a wonderful job. What was most helpful is that Kim has a very broad knowledge of what needs to be done throughout the event, even those details that don't involve food. I really could not have done this without her help. I hope to use the Crazy Caterer again for some business events.
