NV CATERING REVIEWS

Chef Nate and the NV Catering staff exceeded expectations. From the first inquiry call to the end of the event, Chef Nate and his team were outstanding. We hosted a private open house for our new business location and not only did we want to highlight our beautiful new building, but also show our 170 guests how much we appreciated them. Chef Nate really listened to us and came up with a menu that was not only delicious to eat, but incredible to the eyes. There was definitely a wow factor. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job bringing trays around to our guests and cleaning up as they went. Chef Nate kept the food table full and beautiful. Really can't say enough about how wonderful the food and service was.

NV Catering catered my best friend's wedding, and I couldn't be more impressed! The food was absolutely fantastic, and the team executed dinner seamlessly—everything went off without a hitch. The tasting experience was also a highlight; the variety of options was incredible, and the portions were more than generous, truly the size of a full meal. I highly recommend NV Catering for any event—their professionalism and delicious food make them a standout choice. You won’t be disappointed.

We had our weeding at Monji gardens and got they’d all inclusive bundle. We decided to go with NV catering and Chef Nate, and we have NO REGRETS! They’re the best.

MARTIN'S MEATS AND CATERING REVIEWS

Although we have visited their brick and mortar location several times, we usually visit Martin’s stall at the Sunday farmers market. My daughter gets a quesadilla every time, but I think we’ve pretty much had most of what they sell, and it’s all delicious. We especially love the tritip. More importantly, they are good people. My daughter is autistic, and they always greet her warmly, and Audrey compliments her on her picture (she carries a pictures of Paw Patrol characters everywhere she goes). My daughter feels special when we go here, and that makes me happy. Support quality local food—go to Martin’s.

Looking for some mouthwatering BBQ in Bakersfield, CA? You have to check out Martin's Meats! Their tri-tip and chicken are incredibly tasty, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on the potato salad—it’s to die for. If you're in the area, trust me, you won’t regret giving them a try. Your taste buds will thank you.

Tri tip was tasty. I went to the Ming farmers market location. Cut the potatoes equally. Some of the bigger pieces were hard.

Chef Lino is the head Chef at the Pour House Bar and Grill on Fuitvale ave. This is a small local bar and restaurant with excellent food and great employees. Great food, strong drinks, great prices and wonderful workers, how could you go wrong. I came in today 6-23-21, for lunch and ordered the Spicy Queso Freso Pasta with chicken. Gosh, I can’t describe how good it was, right amount of kick, spicy, just delicious. Bartender/waitress was Grace, she did a wonderful job. I will be back very soon.

I had a company breakfast catered. The process was easy and the customer support was fantastic. The guests were very happy with the food - I received several comments on great quality and and the great amount of food we received. The event was a great success and my thanks and appreciation goes out your staff. A kind thanks goes out especially to Michelle. You earned a slot in my rolodex for future events. I highly recommend Chef Lino's.

The food is amazing. Appetizers to dessert, you cannot be disappointed. Notice I said cannot, it's that good. The sauces are great on all of their dishes. Pork belly tacos, mmmm, try them. Stuffed mushrooms, ceviche trio??, I believe. The lamb was great. Cream cheese chimichang pastry was great. Their sauces and seasonings make their dishes pop. Phase 2 now so tables are well spaced.
