GIL'S ELEGANT CATERING REVIEWS

We chose Gil's for our wedding in Deep Ellum in May of 2024. Everything about the experience was executed to perfection. From the initial tasting, to the communication throughout the planning phase, to the execution on the wedding day, every detail was thought through and completed flawlessly. The food and drinks were delicious and Jackie and her crew made every effort to treat you like royalty throughout the night. We would highly recommend Gil's to anyone planning their wedding in the Dallas area.

We hired Gil’s Catering to cater my daughter’s wedding at Hickory Street Annex. Jackie was extremely helpful in planning our brunch menu and it was delicious! The catering staff was fantastic and provided great service to each of the guests. The on-site coordinator, Arturo, was calm and ensured that all our wishes for the day were fulfilled. Additionally, a few days later, I went to pick up the remaining alcohol for return and my car was too small. Arturo was onsite at HSA for another event, and he jumped into action, loading his car with the alcohol, and driving it back to the liquor store for me. Not only was the catering team and food fantastic, but they also treat their clients like gold. Shout out to Arturo for making my day.

Marina Solis is an outstanding employee! Going above and beyond to make sure all the event went smoothy! I would recommend this company and her to everyone seeking to host the perfect event.

Cajun Cravings is hands down the best catering business in the DFW area. The food was absolutely delicious and presentation was amazing. The Chef is an awesome person and we will forever be grateful for how flexible she was when we accidentally booked for the wrong date. She made more daughters special day even more special. Thank you.

This is my second time booking and it was even better. The food was amazing and presentation made it that much better. My guests and I had a fabulous brunch, everyone left impressed, happy and stuffed along with to go containers. Will definitely book with Chef Tootie again.

I had an opportunity to have Cajun Cravings cater an event for me and everyone loved the food. They were on time, great to work with and as I mentioned the food was absolutely amazing.

Fabian and his team were excellent! I still get food compliments to this day. People keep saying the food was absolutely delicious. We also used them for bartending services and they did a great job. The presentation of the buffet was gorgeous and the guests were offered seconds once everyone had gotten their plate. Fabian also made sure to pack up all the extra food that was left over. I would def recommend them to everyone.

Monclavas catered fajitas for my wedding and we could not get enough! The staff was very professional, safe and they did everything they could to ensure that my wife and I ate. I can not say enough about how great our experience was and I would gladly have them cater any event in the future.

Fabian and his team were just amazing for our wedding. They served fajitas, which were superb, but the attention to detail, their service, and everything else was outstanding as well. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about them. They really took great care of us.
