Our family waited to the last minute to celebrate Nana's 93rd birthday and threw together a gathering which grew to over 60 people with all the children, grand and great grandchildren. A last minute search for caterers to avoid the hassle of "pot luck" resulted in few "taco carts" available. Will Cox name popped up in the local foodies group and we gave him a call. With a little apprehension we scheduled him, concerned that Nana has had a lot of tacos in her 93 years and would be hard to impress. We shouldn't have worried. Will and his wife Katey came to our house the night before set up there "kitchen" and showed up a half hour early the day of the party and began cooking. Everyone, including the birthday girl loved the tacos and sides that Will had prepared. Both Will and Katey were quite friendly and easy to chat with but were extremely professional and handled every aspect of feeding our hungry crowd, helping us pack the little bit of leftovers and cleared out there equipment at the end of the event.

We have used Chef Will for three different events and have never been disappointed! Professional, prompt and fabulous food selections. We’ve done the Mexican theme with fajitas, rice and beans and enchiladas. We’ve done lunch sandwiches with two fantastic salads and he never fails to impress our family and friends. If you need an event catered.... give him a call. You’ll not regret your choice! Healthy, hearty and fresh every time.

I want to share what a wonderful catering experience my wife and I received from Pierre’s catering. From the start of our planning process to the wedding, Pierre’s team, specifically Jason came to our home to work through all the details of our special day. The food sampling provided us a good idea of what to expect as we planned for appetizers and a plated dinner for our guests. On the day of the wedding, Pierre’s team more than exceeded expectations with their incredible service, the quality and professionalism of their team, the presentation of the appetizers and main entrees. We received so many compliments from our guests with regards to the delicious dinner that was served. In addition, the team was able to professionally set up the ceremony and the reception area as well as leaving the venue clean at the end of the night. We would highly recommend them.

Pierre is a culinary wizard! My husband and I hired him & his team for our wedding in March of 2023 and the venue had many restrictions and limitations, but that didn't stop Pierre from impressing the guests with his food and presentation! He had so many awesome decorations and bowls, including (but limited to) intricate and natural wood and grape vine buffet deco, and he had many place setting options to offer. He is energetic, positive, and thoughtful- he had many suggestions with decorations and logistics that made the planning so much easier! The day was practically flawless, and I owe a big thanks to Pierre's Catering! Delicious food- would hire again & again.

Pierre’s Catering was phenomenal. We got nothing but amazing feedback from our guests about how great the food was, and we couldn’t agree more. Pierre and Jason are wonderful to work with. We were able to get all our dishes, and linens from them as well. Nice to have a one stop shop. On top of it all, Pierre personally went around to our guests and checked in and with his fun personality it was a nice touch.
