Food was great and the overall vibe was fine. The food came out very “out of order” I don’t know if this is because that’s how they function or something but I found it weird how I got my drink last. On the contrary though the food came out SUPER quick and was genuinely shocked. Very great place.

I always come here when I have pho cravings. The service is super fast which is great! I also like the spring rolls because they have both shrimp and pork inside. I ordered my pho with tendon, and they give you a good portion instead of skimping on it like some other Vietnamese restaurants.

I absolutely love this spot. My daughter and I frequent this spot. Weekly! So yummy and the staff is great.

Delightfully attentive staff & a lush, relatively quiet environment will bring me back here for years to come I had the shrimp spring rolls and a Vietnamese ice coffee and both were superb! Fresh shrimp & vegetables, and the coffee is both delectable and strong enough to lift a tractor 10/10, bring a date or even a client here, you won't be disappointed.

So. Good. I love this place. Their food is so good. It's hard to choose what I want when I go because so much on their menu is so yummy! The people that work there are very nice too. Great place.

This place is fantastic. I love chicken Sautéed with lemongrass Also the Spring rolls are the best Everyone is so nice and the service is great. My favorite place when I am in Simi Valley.

New to Ventura county. Coming from LA County, I needed to find a new Vietnamese restaurant. My husband and I really loved the amount of parking, the space inside the restaurant, and the ambiance. The music was delightful and their menu had a ton of hits! We didn't know we arrived during happy hour but we're happy to try it. The Fries were amazing! Never had such flavors on fries and I don't think I can live with out them now! I also received a happy hour Chicken Pho and it was huge! My husband really appreciated their Vegetarian meat option of the "pork", it was very good. Will definitely come back again.

it was my first time here and i loved how cozy and nice this place was! staff were kind and i really appreciate the low ambience and lighting, i really hate bright over head lights so this felt very intimate and social at the same time. wasn’t there for the bar but their happy hour and drinks seem pretty ranged. their food was 100% the highlight of it all, i loved everything we ordered, definitely recommend the lime soda and fish sauce chicken wings ! their pho is super yummy too, a more clear and refreshing broth than others while their meats are fatty and tender, it’s a nice balance. officially a go to spot from now on.

I have been coming to Basil and Mint for years and I always enjoy the pho. They have many other great entrees and soups. I enjoy the atmosphere and the bar has a great menu. They have separate room if you want to just get a drink. Basil and Mint also have a happy hour menu! I will definitely be back again.
