Jason at Asurion on Bell Road inspected my phone for me since the battery life was depleting more rapidly than usual. He made some changes, gave me some instructions, and my phone works like new again! His knowledge and kindness were exceptional, and convinced me that Asurion is the only place to go for tech assistance!

Had to replace a cracked lens on my iphone. Dropped it off and quoted 2 hours but done in one hour. Great service and reasonable price.

Tyler is the man! I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. My phone runs better now than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing! I brought my phone in with a cracked screen, they were so kind, professional and fast. The original screen that we put on wasn’t up to the quality that I was looking for. I let them know and immediately he ordered two better options for me to come in and try the next day. He only made me pay the difference in price between the old and new screen for getting it replaced a second time. Such nice people who are wonderful, understanding, and super helpful!!

I had to have the glass front replaced on my phone. My husband used them last year and was highly satisfied, so when mine broke, there was no question where I would go. They repaired my phone and their service was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I took in my iPhone X because the screen was freezing and I’d have to reset it to get to a different screen. I talked to the Apple store and they said I’d have to leave it for up to 5 days for repairs. How do you go without your phone for 5 days?? I took it to MacMedia and they fixed it in two hours!! They replaced the screen and said the X has been having this problem a lot. They were able to see I am covered under Apple Care and it cost me nothing. It works perfectly now!! The staff was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend using this business!

Went in to get my Iphone battery replaced and had an appointment set for myself then for my gf's phone an hour later. Reese (I hope I spelled it correctly) was very friendly and actually took my gf's phone at the same time so they could do them both simultaneously. Tyler was very quick with his work and had both phones done in under 2 hours. Both guys were excellent and if i have any other problems, I'm definitely coming back.

Saved 6 years of work from my laptop. They were able to transfer it all to a new laptop I bought and saved ALL my data from my water damaged laptop. Fast and great customer service. I could not be more thankful for their help.
