This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. He communicated really well throughout the job and kept us updated. He even went above and beyond to double check things in the house after.

Michael responded quickly when I discovered a leak in my outdoor water supply. He quoted and described a few options to repair and helped me consider those options. He completed the work quickly and professionally and it really looks great too! Thanks Michae.

THE PLUMBER GUY REVIEWS

Bryan was prompt and professional in his estimate of the services we were considering, extending a gas line from one end of our house to another. He was also meticulous in cutting our drywall to get the line to the proper location behind the area for the stove and above the microwave cabinet to bring the gas line from our garage after Adam pulled the line to the entry hole which was a tight clearance. Everything was nice and tidy after the system was checked for leaks and reinserting the drywall pieces to allow the electrician to add an outlet in the same area behind the stove. Bryan was also able to contact a drywall person to repair and texture the holes created. I would definitely recommend Bryan and Adam for any future plumbing needs.

Had a really great experience with the company and Dalton the plumber who came out to help us with a leak issue. Felt that they spent the time to accurately find the issue at an extremely fair price and then provided estimates for the fix that we were happy with. Their communication and service through the whole process was fantastic.

Derick is personable and very easy to talk to. He does an amazing job and is very particular. He cleans up after everything. He installed this laundry tub next to my washer and dryer. I really appreciate his work.

I’m extremely grateful for Trident’s Plumbing help with my clogged toilet issue. CJ was super kind and able to clear the clog quickly. It was a gross job but he remained professional which made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed. They got to my house within 2 hours which was an awesome response time. The few other plumbing companies I called didn’t have any room in their schedules to help. Also, before CJ arrived I received a text with his photo and a short bio on him. I thought that was unique and professional and another aspect that made me feel more comfortable. I would definitely call Trident again.

CJ explained the job and prices and answered all of my questions. He worked quickly and my house and bathroom looked the same when he left as when he arrived I also definitely appreciated that he patiently answered all of my questions. My bathroom shower and faucets look great !! So nice to get a job done so well.
