Our service technician Robert Wileman was super. He installed the pilot assembly Rheem sent us. It only let the pilot stay lit. What we needed was the Gas control valve. He went out of his way and found the valve in Chandler AZ. He drove and picked it up came back and installed it and fixed our water heater. He was full of knowledge and experience and went above and beyond to fix our problem. Thank You, Anita and Dennis Kraft.
