We Fix It Phone Repair

stopped in to see if I could get a new battery for my phone. I was helped by a very professional and knowledgeable person who said he'd have to check as they had several phones they were working on that day. The person doing the repair, stopped everything and while I was told it would be 20 minutes, it was done by the time we had completed the paperwork. I appreciated that they checked multiple phone functions before the new batter and after to make sure everything was work! They get 5 stars from me.

I was impressed by the knowledge displayed by the staff at Batteries and Bulbs. Not only did they replace my iPhone 5S battery in less than 25 minutes, but they thoroughly examined my phone for any other issues. None were found which, in a way, makes me trust them more! Some repair shops try to get customers to spend extra money on repairs or perks they don't need.

Did not realize they provided this service. Was easy to schedule the appointment...30 minutes out. Very thorough checking phone functionality, battery was replaced and good as new in about 11 minutes. Great service.
