I called to get my iPhone fixed and I was able to drop it off within 15 minutes. They were able to fix my phone in under 45 minutes. I had an issue with a black screen and lines going all down my iPhone 11 in addition to the sound not working, when I picked up my phone, it was if nothing ever happened to it and the sound was absolutely perfect. The customer service was top-tier and I would definitely bring this device and any other devices here again if need be. I really appreciate the transparent pricing and the urgency to fix my device calling me when it was ready and overall just how pleasant the service was. Thanks for fixing my phone.

I contacted the supreme tech at 9 am with a broken phone and had no way to go to work or do anything really. He took me in right away, had excellent customer service, was so helpful and understanding of how quickly i need my phone since i basically work off my phone. This is by far the best service i ever received with a history of breaking phones atleast once a year for the last 10 years. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE and i am referring my whole family. Galaxy tablet from work. With a smashed screen. From first contacting this company. The Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work very quickly. The cost was awesome . Definitely recommend using this company.
