We had Villa Balcony Inspections come out to our property. It’s a small building with one Balcony. Even though it was a small job, they accommodated us very quickly. Joshua was great. He took his time, pointed out some things we could do to keep the balcony in good shape for the future, which I found very helpful. Everything was very professional and for what I thought was a reasonable price.
