Such great service! I really enjoyed working with Larry, William, Jackson and other guy. I am so sad I forgot his name. These guys were friendly, great communicators, meticulous and clean. They everything spotless and in great working order. William was great at providing a very detailed explanation of all my issues and provided well throughout solution that he explained in simple terms. This was the A-Team! I need to buy some cowboy boots (everyone had cowboy boots) because these guys are now MY plumber.

Wednesday night I was notified by a neighbor that my backyard was flooded. I went out and looked. The water was coming out below the cement pad where all the utilities come out. I notified the park maintenance man that came and looked at it. He dug a trough to divert the water and said nothing we can do tonight, but I will have a plumber here first thing in the morning. True to his word, Scott McLeod plumbers showed up 9 AM. They promptly got to work using their jackhammer on the concrete pad, so they can access the water main below. They found the problem was a cracked pipe coming up from the water main to my meter that was cracked. They removed the damage pipe and installed a new pipe. Total time was about four hours. After the mud dries out, they will be back next week to fill the hole in and prep the area to make a new cement pad . I am very happy with the work and their professionalism. The main plumber was Elias, sorry I forgot the helper‘s name. Good job guys.

Scott McLeod Plumbing found and fixed our water leak at our home. Teddy Serrato was the lead supervisor, who came out with his team and they searched and finally found the leak in the pipe they were able to fix it and they discovered the water pressure was too high because our regulator was broken and so they installed a new one and made sure our house was running at the correct pressure. They said they could get us a good price on a water softener for our home. We had been talking about doing that and so we went ahead and got the water softener and they installed it and got it up and running. They cleaned up after themselves and all in all we were very pleased with their service. We would definitely hire them again for plumbing work.

Joseph was willing to be honest and tell me what my options were to resolve the moisture coming from the floor. We have not made an appointment yet, but I don't feel I need another quote.
