I had a very small issue with my service initially, but what truly impressed me was how it was handled. The team here didn’t just correct the issue immediately…. they went above and beyond to make things right. They were genuinely apologetic, professional, and responsive. Jordan in particular was amazing. super kind, respectful, and clearly takes pride in the work they do. As a gesture of good faith, they even added a full ceramic coating on my car at no charge. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare these days. The way this business showed up was amazing. And they really showed up. You will be taken care of here. They just got a customer for life. The ceramic tint on my car looks absolutely incredible. Also had the reflectors tinted at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you to the team at Detail 2 U.

Joel is the real deal! If you're thinking about getting your car detailed stop thinking and just call Joel. This guy is amazing. Super professional, but also super chill and easy to talk to. He works ridiculously hard and treats your car like it's his own. The attention to detail? Insane. My interior looked better than when I first bought the car. You can tell he actually loves what he does, and it shows in the results. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car now. If you want your car looking fresh and spotless, Joel’s your guy. 10/10 every single time.
