The whole experience was what I could have expected and then some. I knew beforehand the chimney was tired and needed a good refresh, unfortunately it was needing it more than I thought was originally required. The project ended up needing some structure repairs which were very tactfully and thoughtfully executed. They kept me informed the entire time on their progress and gave recommendations on repairs while showing me what was damaged. The end result made me feel confident I wouldn’t have to worry about any future leaks or issues while making the chimney look incredible again. I can say without a doubt in my mind I would trust Shane’s Chimney for all my Chimney needs -GT-R_GOD

I called this morning and was able to get an appointment same day. Very friendly staff over the phone. Brody was amazing!! He was able to give us a bit of background on our fireplace. Sadly we have a few issues needing to be fixed, but he was able to show us what the problem was. He gave us every option possible to fix our fireplace. The men were polite, explained what they were doing as they went along, asked as they went along if we had any questions, put down protective cloth on the floors and rug and cleaned up any mess they had made before they left. Contacted A&A Chimney Sweeps for an estimate on chimney crown repair. Layton came to my address and preformed an inspection, took photos to show what I was working with and gave me a suggestion for what needed to be done to correct the damage. He gave a quote and an estimated date the repair could be done. Turned out I needed a complete crown replacement. The quote in my opinion was fair so I made the appointment. Layton returned with the supplies for the job and he was ready to work. He is very courteous, friendly, neat in appearance and a professional. Customer service was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this company.
