VIVINT LLC ABILENE REVIEWS

Jacob and his team installed a new smart lock system for access control. Gave us a great deal on the system and complete maintenance package! The system has been working for several months flawlessly! Love the remote access and control features, because of our unique situation the Vivint Smart Home specialists had to custom configure our system. It has worked perfectly; I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Noah was my technician. He provided exceptional service. He called to advise me of his arrival time. He was on time. He was very knowledgeable. He was very professional, trustworthy, and courteous. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I will specifically request that he come for any future home security system service calls. Thank you.

Vivint Smart Home is a great company. Customer service is top-notch. Jose was excellent calling me and letting me know when my technician would arrive. After experiencing a problem over the weekend where several technical problems were affecting my system, Alexander, my technician was able to assess the problem quickly and restore my home security system to normal. Turner and the team are amazing! They have alot to offer. My friend was able to help police capture a burglar in their neighborhood because of how advanced and reliable their security footage was! The app is easy to use, and their customer service is great! Can't get any better than that.

AAC is a trustworthy, locally owned company with a lot more to offer than I thought. I was surprised at all they can do. Handing your security over can be scary but this is a trustworthy team.
