Austin and Kaden provided exceptional service while installing our HVAC system. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident in their top-tier workmanship. They ensured the area around the outdoor AC unit and indoor furnace was thoroughly cleaned after installation. Additionally, they took the time to explain the system’s features and operational procedures in detail. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Quality—this company truly lives up to its name.

David was friendly, knowledgeable ,made good suggestions like the shut off valve inside the house to prevent a leak and the surge protectors. He was very thorough and gave good advice.By refilling the coolant in our outside unit, last night our household temperature stayed at our setting of 75 degrees. I definitely recommend him and would like him to service our units on our platinum services.

Mario did a great job. Very professional and quick. Helped us out and arrived within a couple hours of call when I expected them to be busy and take a day or two to get to us. Appreciate the speed and efficiency. Thank you so much.

I’ve called Black for two different HVAC repairs now and they’ve been great each time. Communication is very good whether it’s getting a tech out or the techs explaining the issue and my options. I appreciate that they don’t immediately push full replacement on my aging units and work with me on cost-effective repairs. Andrew B. was first tech out who did a blower motor replacement and full cabinet cleaning. He didn’t rush the cleaning and did an excellent job. Next visit for a furnace was to look for a leak and correct LP plumbing installed poorly and not to code. Will R. also was great and explained everything he did with pictures and he ended up finding the leak at my tank which had been ruled out by propane company on two visits. Can’t thank him enough. Black is the AC and plumbing company to call!

I have called Black Plumbing numerous times to do work at the factory I work at here in Abilene, Adriel is always super friendly and does an excellent job. The office staff are always very pleasant when I call. I will always call them first for anything and everything plumbing or hvac.

This is the best AC company i have ever dealt with. Our AC went out over the weekend I made an appt first thing Monday AM and they showed up early by 5 hours! The gentlemen that showed up were very friendly and professional and got it back in working order in no time! From scheduling all the way to completing the job everyone was just amazing. They will be the only AC company we use for our home period!

Tech's were very professional. Explained everything in detail and provided suggestions on how to keep the A/C in good working order. Great company from the office staff to the technician's. I highly recommend them.

Patrick came out to check ac unit. He addressed all my questions and explained everything that he did. I highly recommend Olympus. Very professional and reasonable rates
