3 Best Chimney Sweep in Chandler, AZ

I called Earthwise Chimney Service for a chimney inspection and cleaning at my home in Chandler. Tracy did a really thorough job and let me know that the inside fireplace walls had some cracks and the flashing was missing. They returned and fixed everything up for me. We followed their advice, but saw some new cracks later. They came back quickly and replaced the facade again at no extra cost. I’m planning to have them take care of my father-in-law’s fireplace next.

I called about getting my chimney cleaned, and they picked up right away and got back to me when promised. They came out to check things out that same day and started fixing my chimney just a few days later. The work is all finished now, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

My landlord contacted them to schedule an appointment for Monday or Tuesday and they were supposed to reach out to me on Monday to schedule. I never heard from them. Instead, they just scheduled it for 2pm-5pm on Tuesday, which I only found out because I called them on Tuesday after hearing nothing. The technician never showed up to the appointment on Tuesday and didn't call. I called them again at 630pm, and they said they would find out if they could still come that day or if we needed to reschedule and "call me back in 5 minutes." They never called back. I called them Wednesday morning and explained the situation and asked if we could get someone out today. I also verified they had the correct contact number and they did. They said they would contact a manager and call me right back. They didn't. After an hour, I called them back again. They once again said they would contact a manager and call me back. They told me it's December 24th and they don't have many people in - I totally understand that, but what about the last 2 days and constant no calls and a no show for the scheduled appointment. They just said they'd call me back and I still haven't heard from them. Fortunately I'm not out any money, but I strongly recommend avoiding this business if you want the job done. - Glen. Reply
