We had a great experience with Chandler Air with replacing our AC unit. The quoting process was quick and easy, and it didn’t take long to schedule an appointment to install the ac. Our technicians, Michael & Hector were on time, professional and courteous and were able to get everything done in half a day, which we really appreciate in this AZ heat. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely be a returning customer.

My A/C unit went down most of the companies I contacted could not come out for a week. When I contacted Chandler Air they were able to squeeze me in that day. Tech arrived and was up front and honest as to well could not repair I needed to replace the unit. They booked an appointment for the next morning to come out and talk to me about options. I am happy to say that the unit will be installed within a week.

James replaced the motor that had gone out on my unit. He cleaned up the coils with water, and discussed with me the basic homeowner maintenance on the unit. I have been a loyal customer of Chandler Air and Ryan the owner for over 25 years.

We had Emergency Air come out cause our downstairs unit was not working and they were great, showed up on time, were very professional, and they were very good at explaining the issue and all the options we had to get it fixed. Jonathon was the one who came out and he was amazing. He was very helpful and really took his time making sure we understood everything. He was personable and made us feel very comfortable and wasn’t pushy about trying to sell us things we don’t need. I would definitely use them again!

Our technician, Gilbert was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. My parents had an emergency with their kitchen sink around 5pm. My husband called two different 24 hour plumbing companies but they never called back. After waiting for two hours I decided to call Precision Air & Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Gilbert called back. By this time it was 8pm but he was willing to come do a diagnostic even though he was already at home. Before he came, I received a text message to let me know that our service technician was on his way and even include his picture. I really like this feature because it made me feel safe knowing who would be coming. Gilbert answered all of our questions and was very patient as I had to translate everything for my parents. Overall, this has been a great experience. Thank you Gilbert!

They were able to schedule me the same day for my water heater. The girl on the phone was very nice and accommodating and professional , the technician was on time ( early ) and he explained everything. He was knowledgeable and efficient and made the sting of a failed water heater less painful. I will definitely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

Replaced a 4 ton heat pump split system that was on its last leg. Dylan was very responsive during the quote process and answered any questions I had. When the day for installation came, the crew was on time and organized. They were professional and completed the install efficiently. The end product looks good and has been working great! Will definitely use again!
