I bought a used car that was a rental that smelled like someone smoked in, and then they tried to cover it up with lots of cleaning products. Diego did a great job detailing the whole car but after the first round with a chlorine bomb, you could still smell the cigarette smoke. He was very nice to come back again and spend another 3 hours detailing the car again, and using the ozone machine on it for way longer than normally needed to ensure that the smell comes out this time. I very much appreciated him coming back at no additional charge and spending so much time on it.
