Ray, Vin, and Steve just left my home a little bit ago and they were wonderful! They explained the process, took pictures of their findings to show me, and they offered to change out my old non-flexible dryer vent hose to a flexible one that doesn’t crush. They even took a picture after putting the dryer back into place to be sure the hose was situated properly. They were very friendly, efficient, and clean. I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely use Wise Ventz again next time.
