I had a fantastic experience at P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the Mongolian Beef because it looked good in the menu pic, and it was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce. The portion was generous too. On top of that, the waitress Victoria did an amazing job! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. Her great service made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service. I will definitely be back!

I couldn’t not have been more pleased with my experience! Jenna was our server and she was phenomenal, as we were celebrating a huge work benchmark for my sister and she made us feel so important and special. The food was was very good, we had never been here before and were pleasantly surprised. We got the vegetable lo mein (plus broccoli), chicken fried rice plus broccoli, honey chicken and teriyaki chicken entrees with the pork dumplings, lettuce wraps and crab wontons. I included photos of each and they were all good, my favorites were the honey chicken, teriyaki chicken and pork dumplings. Jenna was exactly what I wanted in a server!!!!

We dined at a P.F. Chang's in Kentucky and had a mostly good experience! The Mongolian beef and Teriyaki chicken were incredibly flavorful and cooked to really good. However, the rice was surprisingly bland and lacked seasoning.

We came here for dim sum and loved it! Very authentic and definitely the best dim sum you can get in Louisville. Atmosphere is relaxed, good decor and recently renovated. Service was excellent. Love that they have authentic Chinese / Hong Kong food as well as American Chinese. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s been about 30 years since I’ve been to the Oriental house so I was very curious to see if it was still as good as I remembered. First, I read the reviews To see if it was still top-notch. We couldn’t decide between hot and sour and egg drop so we did the Goldilocks approach and did half-and-half. They were very accommodating input half of one soup and half of the other soup into a large bowl which made it already mixed and perfect! I have to say it was and still amazing! I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back.

We’ve been going here for about ten years and it is a family favorite. They have remodeled recently and it looks great! If you want authentic Chinese food with “Family Style” portions, look no further! The Dim Sum is legit and delicious and so are the main dishes. There is a lunch menu, and an Authentic Chinese menu of 88 items.

Love, love, love Jade Palace. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Louisville. Everyone who works here is so nice and service has always been fantastic. We also get take out a lot and it is always delicious and is ready so fast. Our favorites are: Won ton soup, crab rangoon, pork and shrimp dumplings, fried corn nuggets (surprising and random find), turnip cake, rice roll (shrimp), egg custard bun, sesame ball with red bean paste, salt and pepper pork or shrimp, fried rice, and sesame chicken. I would also say that they have the best dim sum in Louisville of all of the Chinese restaurants I have tried since living here.

Wow. We love Chinese food and just tried this for the first time. We rarely do a buffet but tried this one and it was delicious. Every item wectried was great. Typically, a buffet is like a mediocre version of the menu items. These were fantastic . The black pepper chicken, pot stickers, spicy shrimp, and crab Rangoon were top notch. We look forward to trying the Dim Sum next. Great spot for great food.
