The adjustments have made a noticeable difference in my pain levels and overall mobility. I also really appreciate how they take the time to explain the treatment plan and answer any questions. I have had a wonderful experience!! They listened to me and I felt truly heard. Both of the chiropractors are very knowledgeable and are so kind. The front desk are also kind and feel welcoming. They have on site xray to fully understand the extent of what is going on.I would recommend them to anyone who suffers with back pain or just feels like things are off in their body. I have been coming for a few weeks now and have already felt a positive change in how I feel day to day. Truly incredible chiropractic practice.

From making my first appointment, and carried through each treatment I have felt heard. The doctors have always been professional, educating and clarifying my concerns and expectations with each session. I haven't felt rushed and the treatments have been so helpful! Manipulations, if needed, have been done with ease, and take home stretches and exercise so useful, but not overwhelming. I highly recommend Dr. Schultz and the Chiro 1st team in Bellevue.

This is the best chiropractic office by far. They provide individualized adjustments, decompression, traction, and exercises at every appointment. They do x rays regularly to diagnose and measure objectively and give individualized care. They focus on not just short term relief but the posture rehab necessary for long term results. Everyone there, from Dr. Josh and Dr. Jake, to the trainers Yadder and Brad, to the staff Georgina and Abbi, is expert, conscientious, positive, and caring. I don't know another chiropractor or medical office where you can get all this in one place and I'm so grateful to have found South Bellevue Chiropractic four months ago.
