ROGER ZUNDEL, MD - BELLEVUE EAR, NOSE & THROAT CLINIC REVIEWS
Dr. Zundel is an amazing physician. I have been a patient of his for many years and he is always consistent, efficient and incredibly professional. He is always able to help me with any ear nose throat problem I am having. I give him my highest recommendation to anyone who is in need of an excellent doctor.
Dr. Roger knows how to give the patient the care they need. He works in the best interest of the patient, and will give the right advice for your health. He is not a prescription or operation happy doctor, which is great to see. He is also knowledgeable also outside his specialty, he listens well and he is patient and nice with you.
Dr. Zundel was great, squeezed me in on short notice to address fluid in both ears after I flew back from the east coast with a bad cold and could not equalize pressure in my ears during the descent, leading to plugged ears and diminished hearing. He is knowledgeable, good at explaining the physiology of my situation and laying out the alternatives (wait it out or surgery). I was very happy with him and the staff at the clinic. The software (on an IPAD they provide) for new patients to input information was a bit clunky, and twice I had to start over because it gave me no option to save my inputs and finish later (my appointment started before I input all the data). But this was minor in the grand scheme of things, and I was very happy with how things went. Thank you Dr. Zundel and staff. Bob Clarkson.

ANH TRUONG, MD - BELLEVUE EAR, NOSE & THROAT CLINIC REVIEWS
I visited Dr Anh Trung at Proliance in Issaquah. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions. He was on time and he can speak fluent English and Vietnamese. He was able to explain everything in a way that I could understand.
Dr Truong is excellent. He was able to provide a quick assessment and confirmed the assumptions with some lab testing. I had a minor surgery which was easy and recovery went super smoothly. I've very grateful for the referral I received to Dr Truong.
Dr. Truong is very thoughtful, friendly, and caring. He’s literally called me to make sure I understood my care plan, and he always takes the time to let me think of questions I might have, so that he can answer them.
