Dr. Robon was awesome. Very friendly, patient, professional, caring, and clearly knows what he's doing. He got me right in after my accident on my finger, explained thoroughly what he thought my diagnosis was, and recommended next steps. I'm really glad I had him as my doctor throughout this process - his diagnosis was indeed correct and surgery (vs. waiting a few months and seeing what happens) was absolutely the right course of action for me. My surgery was really smooth and as comfortable as it could be, and during the recovery process I've felt well informed and taken care of. I came to Dr. Robon with chronic carpal tunnel syndrome. I am very pleased with how Dr. Robon handled my condition. I had the release surgery done six weeks ago, and my hand/wrist feels amazing! His staff is wonderful. Return phone calls promptly. His PA's are full of information and so helpful. Dr. Robon was very informative and felt that I made a very informed decision to do the surgery. Dr Robon is a genuinely caring physician who has excellent bedside manner. On top of that, he is a fantastic surgeon who likes to initially take the conservative approach to treatment but will level with you when surgery is needed. Dr. Boone, and his team, once again, listened and responded to my concerns and needs and replaced my second hip! Dr. Boone had replaced my left hip, so I was confident I would have an excellent experience again. I was not disappointed! In fact, this time things went even smoother than last. I am moving pain free and have recovered quickly. Dr. Boone is an excellent surgeon and a caring man. I felt comfortable both times and was treated with respect. I highly recommend Dr. Boone and his team!
I have had 3 surgeries with Dr Boone. A quat tendon repair and both hips replaced (2017,19,23). The last hip replacement was about 2 weeks ago. Dr Boone is an incredibly talented surgeon and I feel very fortunate he did my surgeries. I wont see anyone else for surgery. I have been an athlete all my life and his surgeries are enabling me to enjoy my sports without compromise. I'm excited to get back to ice hockey by this summer without limits. I strongly recommend Dr Boone if you are looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr Boone is top notch !
Excellent interaction with my surgeon, Dr. C. Boone. He explained what he did in the OR, showed me my X-Rays and outlined the path my progress should take. He answered all my questions and supplied contact information should I have questions in the future. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the surgery. The entire experience terrific. It was much easier than I thought it would be. I thank the whole team for wonderful care throughout the entire course.

Dr. Thomas Chi was recommended highly to me by several people, and they were so right. He did a complicated ankle fusion on my left ankle (sub-talor) 4 years ago, taking me from a 10-year-long, embarrassing, painful, exaggerated limp to dancing again, literally. Then recently my right ankle needed the same surgery, and since I've moved away I went to another respected surgeon, but there are no guarantees and the bone didn't fuse across the gap as hoped. Now I'm back with Dr. Chi to see if he can work his magic once again. Meanwhile, the ankle Dr. Chi repaired 4 years ago has been my hero, carrying the load flawlessly while my other ankle has been down hard. He is wonderful to work with, he listens and he cares, and he takes on complicated cases that others won't touch. Dr. Chi has made a true difference in my mobility and my life.
Dr Chi is a great surgeon. He performed an ACLR and meniscus trim on my left knee. I appreciated the time he took with me every step of the way, explaining my injury, the options, the surgery and recovery and advising me how to proceed without ever pushing me in either direction (surgical or non surgical). He always answered all of my quest without making me feel rushed. Unfortunately I tore my right ACL a year later, but I had I felt much more secure knowing that I had a doctor I liked and trusted to get me through the surgery again. I highly recommend Dr. Chi and Proliance.
Dr. Chi is a personable & very efficient doctor. He speaks concerning my specific issue in laymen’s terms, using his knee ‘prop’ to show exactly what is happening to the issue at hand. His suggestion on the most prudent protocol regarding my issue allows me choices on what best to achieve my desired wellness & recovery He is respectful. He is very easy to speak to with his disarming demeanor. I so much appreciate that since there are so many doctor’s out there that seem to have a jaded or unconcerned attitude towards their patients.
