3 Best Computer Repair in Colorado Springs, CO

This was my first visit to Hollywood PC repair. I am extremely happy with the service and quality of my laptop repair. And the cost was very reasonable. I called at 2:15 pm and Bobby told me to go ahead and come in so he could look at my laptop the same day. I did and it took maybe 10 minutes to figure out what my problem was. He told me that the work would be finished the next morning, and it was. I highly recommend Bobby for any of your computer repair needs. Thank you Bobby.

Bobby is absolutely wonderful! I've gone to him twice now and both times he not only took care of my hard drive problem (on a Friday night!), but went above and beyond with helping me optimize my computer. I had thought I needed a new computer, but I essentially walked away with a new computer! It is running better than ever! Fast service, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

I was provided fantastic service and hardware for bafflingly cheap. The owner is both impressively knowledgeable and diligent. He continued to work on my computer during late hours and was kind enough to deliver the repaired laptop to me! I give my highest recommendation to this fine, fine establishment.

I had a laptop, still covered by insurance, that the third party insurance company failed twice to actually repair, due to some confusion between its front and back office. They agreed to pay for the repairs if I could get it done locally and send them the receipt. So I found DML and I was impressed by their website and work ethic. David ordered the parts the same day we took it in and kept in communication with me from beginning to end of the repairs. The laptop repairs were completed earlier than the estimate and the work was well done. Knowing that I had to send the receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement, David provide both a paper and online receipt. I was very pleased with everything done by DML and we plan on bringing some more computers to DML to be repaired. Thanks.

So I had been dealing with BSOD, and application crashes for a few days. I was able to narrow down the problem to my RAM. I went to replace the RAM, just for my pc to stay stuck in the booting phase with a green post light. I couldn't figure it out for the life of me so I started to call around and ended up on the phone with David. He listened to my issues, asked me to try a couple of solutions and in less time than it took me to write this review, David had my pc working.

Went in to diagnose my computer after a power outage caused it to stop turning on, they were able to diagnose the problem within minutes. I was given an estimated 2-5 day return window, but to my surprise my computer was fixed and ready to pick up after just 24 hours! Excellent service and extremely reasonable prices, I cannot recommend them enough.
