First and Foremost, the assistant manager that helped me. His name is Micah. Very helpful. From start to finish, I was able to get through everything I needed within 35 minutes. The facility was very clean, and the storage units was impeccable. The types of locks utilized are tested to be more secured and harder tamper with. I liked the customer service provided. He treated me like a person, not just a number. Clarification was a high priority. Making sure that I have the right storage unit for my needs was definitely reassuring. They do offer military discount, and it was on top of the discount they were offering. So very military friendly. The hours are reasonable, and the location is great. I plan on utilizing the faculty throughout my contract.

The current Extra Space storage management, i.e. Melanie, is top notch in customer service! She is very attentive to notifying customers if their storage unit payments are ever late via phone calls. In addition, she remains top notch in remembering extra space storage clients' stories/circumstances and is reassuring in notifying clients of when they will be notified next in case of continued delinquent accounts. I continue to trust extra space storage 100% with my storage needs. Bravo Melanie!

I highly recommend using this facility for storage. Angie went above and beyond to help me today with moving my boat into a space. I had some complications today that had nothing to do with the facility, however, Angie offered me a lot of help and I was able to get everything sorted out. Not to mention at a better price than I was able to find anywhere in the state. People like Angie deserve the best customers, so don’t hesitate getting a space here. Thank you.

A family friend used this storage. We helped them move somethings in and out of this storage. I definitely would recommend this storage. They treated my friend great, they were always friendly and gave good service. Angie is Amazing!!

I want to first start by saying that I do not usually give reviews. With that being said I have been a customer at the Parkmoor Village location for more than a year and June 30, 2024, was my last day. I have to say that my experience has been phenomenal anytime I have needed any assistance Ms. Angie has always been there to answer any and all questions. The property itself was always secure I never worried about break-ins. I will miss the interaction with staff especially Ms. Angie she is simply the best and if I may say so she deserves a raise, promotion or something.
