3 Best Storage Units in Colorado Springs, CO

I was trying to get into the facility for my son who had lost the gate code. Brandy was in the office explaining to me what I needed. I could tell that the protections for their customers were in place and nothing I could show would get me access the facility. She was so polite, sweet, and respectful that I knew not to even ask for special treatment. This facility is being run to protect their customers' property and Brandy is a fantastic lady to work with! We followed her advice and got things taken care of in a couple hours. Thank you Brandy!.

Absolutely fantastic. I was able to get a spot for my travel trailer at a steal of a deal, all from the comfort of my own home with my phone. I am so happy with this facility and I couldn't have asked for an easier process from start to finish. Also, did I mention their prices are out of this world phenomenal Thank you so much!.

I highly recommend using this facility for storage. Angie went above and beyond to help me today with moving my boat into a space. I had some complications today that had nothing to do with the facility, however, Angie offered me a lot of help and I was able to get everything sorted out. A family friend used this storage. We helped them move somethings in and out of this storage. I definitely would recommend this storage. They treated my friend great, they were always friendly and gave good service. Angie is Amazing!!.

I want to first start by saying that I do not usually give reviews. With that being said I have been a customer at the Parkmoor Village location for more than a year and June 30, 2024, was my last day. I have to say that my experience has been phenomenal anytime I have needed any assistance Ms. Angie has always been there to answer any and all questions. The property itself was always secure I never worried about break-ins. I will miss the interaction with staff especially Ms. Angie she is simply the best and if I may say so she deserves a raise, promotion or something.
