Great experience working with Turnbull Hot Tub and Pool Repair. We are a small hotel and our hot tub pump was not working. We called and they knew immediately what the problem was. Initially said it would take a day or two for a tech to come out, but was able to get service the same day. As a small business, that is a HUGE deal for us. Tim came later that day and fixed the issue, explained along the way what he was doing. No complaints. Great to work with, great customer service. Thank you guys!.

Shane was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and ultimately fixing an issue with my Bullfrog hot tub. He went above and beyond to help get our tub set up. Highly recommend to anyone needing assistance, I will definitely use him again!.

We've had several excellent service calls from these guys. Absolutely stellar service, fast, affordable and accurate. Even helped me get a warranty part recently that saved us a ton of time and money. Highly recommend!.

Hands down the best pool and spa company in the springs! These folks take care of my pool on a weekly basis and have kept my pool in tip top condition. My pool never gets cloudy anymore and is absolutely spotless. These folks really put in quality work every time they come check up on the pool. I had a leak in one of the pool pipes when I had moved in to my house and these folks came out to fix it within 24 hours! They are very reliable and will always get back to your calls 100% of the time if you have to leave a message. Love this company!.

Jake came out to service our new Masterspa spa that had some issues. He was professional , responsible, prompt and quickly fixed our problem in addition to answering multiple questions for newbie spa owners. I highly recommend Arrowhead!!!.

Only place in the whole city who had proper stock of liquid test equipment for the water in my spa. The man at the desk was prompt on the spot and knew wat he was talkin about.

BRIGHT WATER POOLS REVIEWS

At our Norwood recreation Association #1 they Replaced a bad Valve on our Boiler. Performed all POOL opening actions for our Summer season including removing the cover they put on at the end of last season. The emptied the pool and power washed the interior and cleaned out all the Skimmers and the associated pipes. The fully started up the pool circulating pumps and and set the required chemical levels. They installed all new delivery tubes for the Chlorine tank and the CO2 canisters. The installed new pressure gauges replacing old broken ones. We plan on using their services for all matters related to our pool operation and continued service.

Bright Water Pools setup my new pool and my experience was them was excellent. Nathan is knowledgeable, competent, communicative, kind and most importantly very fair with his time and pricing. He showed up, analyzed what my pool needed, showed up and made repairs, and now my pool is working perfectly and the water is perfect! I HIGHLY recommend Bright Water Pools.

I work at an apartment complex and have used a few pool companies, and these guys are the BEST. Their customer service is amazing, they are responsive, and you can tell they actually care. I would 100% recommend them!.
