We have used best service appliance repair in the past. It’s always a wonderful experience. Kevin our technician came out today to do some maintenance on our Jennair pro series dishwasher. Kevin was a wonderful tech and wonderful person. He spent time with my wife and I and shared a few pro tips for our appliance. We are grateful to have such a wonderful company to come to our home and help maintain our high end appliances. Thank you Kevin and thank you Best Service appliance.

This is the second time we've contacted Best Service to repair our refrigerator and had a great experience. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to fit us in during the holiday season. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, diagnosing and fixing the issue efficiently. While the repair cost was higher that we had hoped, the pricing was transparent and felt fair for the quality of service we received. Overall, we appreciate their reliability and expertise and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My gas KitchenAid oven wasn't igniting properly. When my technician arrived he immediately understood the issue and quickly fixed it. He had more knowledge about the oven than I expected. I plan to use this company for any future appliance maintenance and repair in the future. Recommend you give them a try.

Communication from Mr. Appliance was very thorough, which I appreciated. Appointment was confirmed, and when the technician was on their way I received a text message as well. Jamie was our service professional for a leaky fridge and he was excellent. He showed up within the 2 hour window of time provided in my confirmation, gave an accurate estimate of how long the service would take, and explained what he was doing. He also shared things that we can do to keep our refrigerator in good shape for years to come. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance, as well as Jamie as a service provider if you are looking for refrigerator repairs.

Mostly reviewing to shout out Rich! He was early to the appointment, was very kind and knowledgeable, and even sang along with our toddler to some music. When retrieving a part we needed, he was prompt and effective with the install. He’s really good at his job and it made the process worth the money. Pay him more or something.

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. The appointment was super easy to book. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose my dishwasher issue, explain the issue to me, and fix it within 10 minutes (with a one-year warranty).
