I had an issue I needed expedited. I brought my computer in on Friday afternoon. (Because of course my computer malfunctioned end of the business week) I could not delay until next week so I paid the expedite fee and he worked on it over the weekend. He kept me updated on what was going on and had it ready by the agreed upon time. I will definitely use them again next time I need tech support.

The gentlemen working here were kind and explained the issues with my laptop very well. They had a loaner laptop I was able to use for work and school while mine was being repaired. Would recommend and use them again for any future repairs.

I loved this place. They cared about me and how I had finals and needed my computer fixed. He was super real with me and fixed a bad spill.

John from Rapid Computer Repair is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He was very negotiable and polite! He helped me and my fiancé out with her computer and its issues and was able to fix it within an hour! Very good pricing too. Highly recommend him for anyone who has any and all type of issue with your PC or and computer. 110% recommend.

I broke my laptop screen and needed it fixed pretty quickly. I found John with RCR on google and he came through. Very reasonably priced and turnaround time was quick. I would definitely recommend.

Had an issue where my computer wouldn't boot, as a pretty tech-savvy guy I've never needed a computer tech to handle issues for me before. I got a response through the web ticket portal very quickly, and had someone come out (Reggie, he was great) within the next few hours. Turned out be a basic issue (one of my RAM sticks was bad), so he only charged the diagnosis fee instead of the whole repair fee. If I run into issues that are beyond my diagnostic and repair skills again I am 100% going with Computer Pro Network.

What really stands out is his attention to detail and how smoothly he makes the entire process feel. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work.
