What I liked about the service tech is that he gave me three options. I felt that he was definitely giving me a fair shake, and I appreciate that very much. When it got down to business, I ended up following his advice. I ended up selecting his recommended service and a few hours later it’s as if I had two new garage doors. My garage doors especially the one on the left side of the house gets used quite a lot, every day and is high traffic and the parts and the service look pretty solid plus the workmanship looks great. Definitely would recommend this outfit to folks needing garage door work and install installation.

Tyler came out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed my door opener issue. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced due to a lightning hit. He had my replacement ordered and installed the next day. Great service!!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience this week when my garage door gave out and would only close halfway. What began as an annoyance on a holiday quickly was resolved and handled professionally and promptly. I contacted FCD on the holiday when the problem started, hoping to hear back before Monday due to it being a 4-day weekend for many. Within about an hour on the holiday, I received a call and was arranged a repair for the next morning. Chris was very communicative and helpful and the total ended up being much less than the original quoted price. I’m happy I initially went with this business to install the door and will continue going back to them for business!

Ethan arrived within an hour of my call. Serviced what I thought was a lost cause garage door opener to better than new. Lubricated and adjusted my door as well. Door is functional and quieter than it was years ago. Ethan was professional, courteous and a master of his craft. Sincerely appreciate the great service and care put into this service call. He could have easily sold me a new opener, (which he did give me the option of doing) but gave me all the choices and let me decide. No pressure, fantastic service!
