Texas glam meets French chic is the best way to describe the Semmelmann empire. Susan and her team are wonderful to work with. They are professional and delightful! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by beautiful smiling faces, and then immediately distracted by the most unique, one of a kind pieces in the south. Her exquisite taste is her brand. I have worked with Susan herself for years, and although I was only her sales rep, she treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. My favorite design house, hands down!

Susan is a true professional and visionary in every sense, and her commitment to her clients and to the industry as a whole, are evident in everything she does. Outside of being the very best at what they do, the entire Semmelmann Team are just amazing and decent people. Impeccable style, trend-setting design, flawless execution.

Susan and her team are such a joy to work with! The way each of the team members care of their clients as well as co-workers is so inspiring. PAXTON PLACE INTERIOR DESIGN REVIEWS

I reached out to Paxton Place Design for help with a small project to upgrade my interior lighting and bring new life to my home by moving away from its beige tones. Stacie and Jessica came out to discuss their vision for my space and connected me with the right contractors to make it happen. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout the process, from selecting fixtures and paint colors to providing clear direction for my space. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Stacie and Jessica are fantastic to work with! Look forward to working with them for future projects.

Paxton Place is a stellar design company. They helped us weigh the options for old house vs. new house and then walked us through the new construction process. They guided our choices for paint colors, countertops, flooring, rugs, window treatments, dining/living room furniture, art placement and outdoor furniture. Stacie, Jessica and Alison were always there when we needed them and helped us create a house we love!

We had a great experience with Paxton Place. They were incredibly responsive and efficient. We loved everything they helped us choose for our home and were so easy to work with throughout. Jessica was a ray of sunshine during every encounter. We can't recommend them enough!

MOD Designs is absolutely amazing! Farrah and her team (Suzanne and Madison) have turned our home into a Christmas Wonderland for the past two years. Farrah has such an incredible eye and vision, and she created the most beautiful Areas in our home that makes you so ready to celebrate the holidays! They made our Christmas tree look like something out of a magazine! We are so thankful that we found her and can’t imagine a Christmas without her. She and her team are so professional and so fun and personable! They feel like family after just two years of working with them. We cannot recommend them enough!

Best Renovation I have ever experienced! Farrah hit the mark of what I envisioned. I gave her a few of my requirements and she took it from there. The crew she assigned (shoutout to M.A.R.)was well informed, competent, very respectful. She and the crew went above and beyond to make sure things were done right and even addressed the most minor details. They are now my "Go-To" for future projects.
