Macmen is a great place to get your MacBook fixed! They repaired my screen with ease, provided me updates via text often. My screen was replaced in October, and I found out that the camera portion was not working just recently as I don’t use it often. I was able to bring my laptop in and they fixed it at no charge. Again, they were extremely informative and gave me updates throughout the process. He ultimately ended up using a screen from a MacBook he was going to fix up and sell as the old distributor for my screen was no longer in business. Truly standup people. Will always recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely incredible. Very kind, professional, and works with all sorts of tech (even funky custom overpriced laptops). Inside is very clean, and service was very fast. Prices are great, too.

Capital Macintosh is honestly the best. The team here isn’t just crazy knowledgeable—the sales crew is super friendly and just awesome to work with. There’s zero pushy upselling, just honest, real help from people who actually care. They totally went the extra mile when my Mac was down, and what could have been a huge hassle turned out to be no big deal at all. Seriously, if you’re anywhere near Lansing and your Mac needs work, don’t bother looking anywhere else. These guys have you covered. I can’t recommend them enough.

Amara has been fantastic to work with. I reached out to her with an odd-ball request about a month ago and she could not assist. Later she contacted me again with some information and we were able to make a deal on some collectors items. I firmly believe that great businesses are built on relationships and relationships are built on trust. There is no doubt in my mind that they will earn my business again and that their people first approach will keep them operating as a great business.

Staffs here are incredibly knowledge and kind! My laptop was overheating and they had it fixed within 48 hours! The cost of labor is incredibly reasonable and I didn't have to wait for a week or more to get my laptop back like how it would be if you bring any product to repair at an Apple store.

My son’s original Xbox console stopped working. I dropped it off at UbreakIFix just before 7pm on Saturday. Their technician called me back with a diagnosis and price to repair first thing Monday morning, and I authorized the repair to replace all sixty capacitors which they had to order for the repair. By Wednesday they called to report that the Xbox had been repaired and was ready to be picked up! What an incredible job and a job well done! Thank you.

Everyone is helpful and friendly at this location. I can’t believe how quick the repair was. My phone is like new and I’m very happy with the results. Gina provided excellent customer service and made the process a breeze. I definitely recommend them for all your tech repair needs.

My wife Lauren had her iPhone 16 fixed by Stephen on a mobile repair and she couldn't be happier. He was patient and willing to wait a few minutes as she was trying to hurry home from work for the appointment and he was super friendly and efficient. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair also.
