The Meridian Company has always been reliable and trustworthy. We have worked with them for years and would not use any other heating/cooling company. They have always been honest, communicate and have been there for us in our time of need. The compressor in our six-year-old heat pump started to fail. Meridian Company arranged the warranty, order the part and installed it in a timely fashion. I can’t say enough about Meridian Company, especially Grant. Grant was our service technician. He was at our house for 5 hours. He was very thorough, patient, friendly and he’s an extremely hard worker. His communication is impeccable. I would absolutely trust him to work on any of our heating/cooling equipment. Grant is a 5 star technician. If Grant is assigned to your project, be rest assured you’re in good hands. I would absolutely use Meridian Company over and over again. They are simply the best.

We had a great experience with TMC when we updated our primary bathroom. First, Heather got the ball rolling with her construction knowledge and competitive price. Then we had timely, efficient, tidy and talented people work on our project. Bill, as our project manager kept everything flowing. Ben and James spent the most time with us. They were terrific, great craftsmen and just plain nice! We couldn’t be happier!

Aaron arrived on time and had our estimate ready within minutes. I accepted the estimate and he went right to work replacing our sump pump. Aaron was quick, tidy and very professional. Roto Rooter was able to get me a same day appointment and fixed my problem. Ryan was a great technician who was patient, kind and explained the issue and the solution clearly. Ryan worked late into the evening to ensure our problem was resolved and the water was no longer backing up into my basement. I am so thankful to Ryan and the entire Roto Rooter Team.
