Fast and efficient. I had my laptop back the next day fully repaired. The man works out of his home so a phone call prior to arriving there setting up an appointment will be necessary but at $125 at least my laptop is clean and functional again.

Best customer service I've ever had and amazing work done. I needed an closed circuit aio liquid cooler in stalled asap and he was able to do it no problem. Even got all my RGB synced up together for me. Troy is hands down the best guy to go for anything pc. He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to optimize my pc better.
