Hi I had a couple of battery issue on my computer and Ron is excellent getting it fixed not one but the second battery plus he fixed my settings that I think might had something to do with my battery problem he's a good computer technician thank you

I had encountered an issue with my PC not being able to provide anything on my monitor do to my own irresponsibility and couldn't get it working. However I sent my PC in, and it was fixed in 20 minutes! A+++.

I needed help extracting photos and files from old laptops and a tower. Ron was very informative, professional and had great turn around time. PC fix can handle your service needs. Got everything I needed.

I own a small business. A Plus Computer is my IT for 8 years. They are very smart, dependable, and cost effective. It's not only computers they do, every time I have problem with my phone I go to them. In 5 minutes wala...it's fixed. Im writing this review because of what happened to my cell phone. I went to Verizon. I asked if they can fix my phone the gallery pictures are fading. He's trying to do it but he said it's not fixable. I need new phone. I'm qualified to the new promotion. A new Samsung will cost me $450 plus tax and activation fee. My cell phone is only 2 years. I told the rep I have appt, I have to go back tomorrow. I drove to A Plus told Laurence and Sebastian the problem on my cell. Sebastian fixed it in 2 minutes. It's in dark mode. They save me lots of money. I'm a very happy customer of A Plus Computers. Laurence and Sebastian are intellectual thinkers. I highly recommend them.

Simply put, they are the BEST! So helpful and so helpful. I can't even think of trusting anyone else! They could probably upsell me and have me buy things I don't need. They have NEVER let me walk out of there without having a solution, and their prices are AMAZING.

I highly recommend A Plus Computer for all of you computer needs! Lawrence & Sebastian were attentive and communicative. I will be going there for all of my computer issues from now on! Thank you guys for the amazing job you do.

Troy was a big help to me with getting my computer fixed when I went to him I didn’t know what the problem was at all but he helped me identify it and he also was very helpful and respectful and he helped me out a great ordeal and I will be doing business with him again I recommend everyone else to give him a shot because his services are a complete 10/10.

Troy did amazing with this job, no matter my circumstances. He was able to adapt and help me as much as he could, if I was able to give him a 10/5 I definitely would. I recommend him entirely to everyone having issues with their computer. He’ll definitely be the one that fixes my PCs from now on.
