EXTRA SPACE STORAGE VICTORVILLE REVIEWS

I have rented several storage units from different places never had a great customer service experience like I did with Extra Space Storage. Hanna who was my first contact who cared about my concerns and was genuinely trying to help and Amber who went beyond my expectation of customer service with a follow up call making sure with her knowledge the issue was resolved by offering solutions to accommodate me with my requests! This experience with Extra Space Storage was painless and a wonderful one! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! HIGHLY recommended!!.

Great ladies at the front desk. Easy to talk to. I explained what I needed and she came up with different solutions and offers that would fit me. I love that she explained the deals and coupons but then recommended me what she felt was the best option. Very personable. The facility is clean and well maintained. Its location is convenient and gate times are longer than most other storage facilities. This one on Yates is a little pricier than the other facilities near by but that because the location is so centralized and easy accessible.

My experience at this location was effortless! The customer service was fast and friendly, they did an amazing job explaining how operations worked at their location. I will give 10 stars if I can!.

CUBESMART SELF STORAGE VICTORVILLE REVIEWS

I definitely would recommend this place! I called to find out information about renting and Maria really helped me out. A couple days later when I went to view the place, Maria greeted me and remembered who I was! She was friendly and was not very pushy (like how some places are). She always knew the answer to all my questions and was super helpful.

Maria, the general manager was very helpful and understanding of my budget. Very accommodating and the property is kept really nice, clean and secured. Definitely recommended it. Thank you.

The General Manager Maria so professional and friendly. Property is always clean every time I go to help my aunt access her storage. Highly recommend this location.
