Both men were professional, friendly and helpful. I had another company keep promising to come for 2 days. I couldn't wait any longer so I called Mr Rooter. They gave me same day service. I got to see what REAL septic cleaning looks like. Even though I regularly had it cleaned I never saw the bottom until Mr Rooter came out and actually CLEANED the tank after pumping. I was shocked how clean it was. Totally impressed.
