Bob's Computer Service

My hard drive completely failed on my Macbook Pro. I had heard about Bob's reputation for quick service and fair quotes, so I shot him a text message and he responded immediately. My computer required a part to be ordered which took a few days, but Bob kept me up-to-date on everything, even the shipping! His repairs saved me from having to purchase a brand new computer, and since I use my computer for work, I was back up and running in no time. I can't thank Bob enough. I will contact Bob for all of my future computer needs. Great work!

My desktop stop working recently after power outage. I called Bob and asked if he could help. He said he had a pretty good idea about what the problem was. He was at my office less than 2 hours later. The problem ended up being a bad power box. I was back up and running in less than an hour after he arrived.
