I was very happy with the personnel that arrived to do the job. They were kind and courteous along with being professional. Pricing was definitely not what I had expected but they worked with me to get me to a comfort zone. The end result was more than I had expected in a good way. I've had Hurley and David to my house before and they've always been professional.

Mark was exceptional. He saved us from suffering in this heat wave. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was patient explaining the issues to me, and provided detailed instructions on how to maintain everything for longevity. You can tell he really cares, I 100% recommend him and will be using him for all our HVAC needs moving forward.

Our technician, Nathan, was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. He did not let the weather stop him from doing his job well. Everything from setting up the appointment to the work done at our house was so easy! Will def be continuing to use this company.

A Plus did a wonderful job installing a new heat / hot water system in my home. They were always on time, and always friendly. The techs did a great job with the install, and left things looking cleaner and neater then before. I would definitely recommend A plus for any of your hvac needs.

Joe is absolutely great to work with. He really knows what is doing, was thorough and clear about the conditions of our house, and about what our options are. He was a pleasure to work with. I can’t imagine better service and highly recommend A+.

The service provided by HVAC sales was excellent! The problem was addressed and a feasible solution was proposed. No estimates were given at the time. However, if all goes well financially nothing should prevent me from choosing them to do the work.

McNeill was a godsend. I called when the company I previously used was a no show. They were prompt and polite. Eric was meticulous and I will be sure to use him for future furnace cleanings. He found a large crack in the furnace and immediately called his supervisor who rearranged his schedule to meet me after work. Eddie was so kind. He got all of the equipment within a day, came early in the morning to start since I had to go to work and even came back on Saturday morning to make sure everything was running correctly. They made sure we had heat as quickly as possible. If you are looking for an honest and reliable company that really cares then call them.

Eddie and his team are the best. I got three quotes for a new heating and AC system. McNeill was the most competitive. The installers were very professional and courteous. They knew their stuff but took time to explain things to me about the system. They were also very cautious to wear masks and kept a safe distance from me and my family. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended - they know their profession! Eddie has been super-responsive, even coming out Christmas Eve morning to address an issue we had with our heating. Eric did a super job on the heater maintenance, offering recommendations for the proper filter and other observations. Great crew.
