From the beginning, Alex was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly easy to communicate with. He took the time to identify and document all 27 burrows on our property—plus three more inside one of our houses—on two separate visits. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and that gave us tremendous peace of mind. When the team came out to do the actual service, they were on time, professional, and impressively thorough—and to top it off, they were funny! You have to find some joy when dealing with something as horrible as rats, and they managed to bring a bit of levity to a pretty unpleasant situation without ever compromising on care or seriousness. I now look forward to recommending Braman myself. It’s rare to find this level of expertise and kindness in one team. Once this issue is under control, I’ll absolutely be signing on for an annual contract—because I never want to end up in this kind of mess again!

Matt came over for a wasp issue in our condo. He was very thorough in finding where they were coming from and taking care of it. He also provided a detailed report to our condo manager outlining what he found and needs to be done. They were great!
