He took the time to identify and document all 27 burrows on our property—plus three more inside one of our houses—on two separate visits. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and that gave us tremendous peace of mind. When the team came out to do the actual service, they were on time, professional, and impressively thorough—and to top it off, they were funny! You have to find some joy when dealing with something as horrible as rats, and they managed to bring a bit of levity to a pretty unpleasant situation without ever compromising on care or seriousness.
