Roto rooter was exceptional in repair as well as response to some communication errors we had. When I addressed them they responded well and graciously and in a timely fashion. The work done to unclog the drains was quick and not intrusive. The person who came was very sweet and said what I was cooking smelled great and was just generally very helpful. I asked her to repark her van so as not to block in our neighbor and she did so promptly and sweetly. Great company - and this employee in particular (Van I believe?) was supreme. Very grateful.
