From the beginning when I called wrote a rooter and spoke to a customer service rep till the arrival of the plumber to unblock my sink. I was extremely happy with the way I was dealt with. People were very friendly to me. The woman on the phone was pleasant and she told me the job could be taken care of. Even though it was late Saturday afternoon, she dispatched a Roto-Rooter technician. The technician named Bart was extremely competent, very polite and did a perfect job unclogging my sink and also explaining how I could treat my sink in the future to avoid any other blockages. I was also impressed with his professionalism and his way of speaking. He was very polite and I was pleased! I received a $100 discount for being a senior citizen, so I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody who has an emergency. To me this is the way a company should operate.

Joel and Jordan did an AMAZING job! Thank you for saving what could have been a disaster!! They were friendly and thorough from start to finish. They were even kind enough to listen to me tell them about my dog passing; incredible empathy. The timely customer service response from my online request to service techs arriving 2 hours later was great. I’d recommend you and certainly call again in the future!! Thanks Roto-Rooter.

I made the appointment and the guys arrived promptly. They accessed the leak, planned and bought the supplies, and completed the job in the exact time frame they said they would. They actually came early. It was pricier than I would have liked but, for the speed, accuracy, and efficiency, it was worth it. I'm highly pleased and I will call them again.

Highly recommend!! Purchased a new home that needed all the old cast iron drains removed and replaced. Angelo and Steve were quick and responsive with great communication, both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Was happy with the price and how the work came out! 10/10.

Had a blocked drain line, called in the morning and they got here shortly after. Job was done fast and professionally, no more issues. Good price, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended. Appreciate it.

Once I mentioned Delta he said I may want to call customer service, I called and Delta sent me a replacement handle at no cost. Great suggestion.
