CompuTech replaced a battery for my MacBook book Pro the same day, and quoted me cheaper than other places in the area. The customer service was friendly and supportive, and the final bill was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. I am very pleased with the service I received, and will defiantly go back to this location if/when I have future repairs needed.

I believe I spoke to the owner, but he was very nice and professional. Before he opened up my computer he called and asked if I had a warranty, turns out I didn’t. Stopped by a while later and picked it up. No charge, very nice, great place.

I’m very pleased with the service performed at my 11year old Mac. I found them to be friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
