Had Whipple come out today to replace a toilet. Jared Vance was the technician that came to our home. He had made some special requests due to a situation at our home. Jared showed up meeting and exceeding our expectations. He was extremely clean and sanitary with everything he did. He is one of the few repairmen that we have had to our home that took care to meet our special requirements. He replaced the toilet and cleaned up afterwards. Because of him, whipple has earned a customer for life. Couldn’t recommend them more.
