Austin was so kind and efficient when handling the service we had scheduled. He was very good at explaining what my options were, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I have worked with a lot of contractors and electricians over the years (we have remodeled 80% of our home) and this by far was one of my best interactions. It's really hard to find someone in these types of fields that has the patience and personality to communicate effectively and Austin definitely has those skills . I really appreciated his time and workmanship.

I've been experiencing some flickering lights at my house and after calling a few places Black Diamond Experts was able to send someone out the soonest and has the best reviews. The electrician who was sent, David, was great! He was personable, thorough, and explained the everything in detail after his inspection. I highly recommend him and Black Diamond Experts and I plan on using them again in the future.

We had previously received a quote to add in an EV charger to our garage and the cost was astronomical because that electrician told us we needed a sub panel. Then we got a second opinion from Black Diamond (Alan) and he shared that in the 90s panel here were installed without all breakers installed. He installed another breaker and installed the charger for 1/4 of our original quote within 90 minutes of arrival. I will never use another company! The best.
