Rechecked indoor traps in basement. All traps were clear of rodents. The first visit Jason Mann filled all the hole he could find on the outside, which is why there isn’t a problem. December 27, 2023 he thought we needed extra larger traps in our yard because of all the activity the other two smaller trap boxes had. We appreciate Jason professional opinion in helping us to protect our home. Only had this company since May. We highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Sebastian went above and beyond for our quarterly maintenance today. Last Spring we had a problem with voles invading our yard. To avoid this issue again, he filled the bait boxes and also installed heavy duty boxes in areas that need it most. He also sprayed heavily around the house to prevent bugs from entering the home. Daniel's been back a couple times for a raccoon problem we've been having for several months now.
