My first time needing to use a business like this. Today, Saturday they were open to 1pm. I showed up at about 11am w my laptop w a failed harddrive. Steven was super helpful and totally exceeded my expectations! He called me around 1130 am and we set a plan. By 1pm I had my laptop with a new harddrive!! Thank you!

I had video and meeting issues with my laptop that were quickly identified and fully fixed. Additional updates that I didn’t even know about were ID’d and fixed as well, including drivers that even the vendor hadn’t identified. Excellent work and very fast.

Very helpful and willing to be of help whenever they can! They upgraded storage on my computer and had it to me the very same day!
