It is obvious that Steven is an extremely competent professional in this field. He was able to diagnose and repair one of my units after 2 other repair services could not fix it. that experience 3 years ago convince me. I like his way of dealing with us the owners. I leave my computer in their hands and I get a call within 24 hours. I am told what is the problem, what is the solution, whether it can be repaired of if it requires replacement. I am quoted a price and if I agree I am told how long it may take. When I pick up the items he includes the defective part he replaced. This is the best service I have ever received. My hard drive crashed and Steven installed a new hard drive and recovered all of my data in less than 2 full days. Priced reasonably and both him and his wife were professional and helpful. If you need assistance with a computer issue, I would highly recommend.
