Absolutely outstanding service - thank you Bobby! Highly knowledgeable, great depth of experience, superb customer service. You could not ask for a better person to help you with your computer and IT needs. He helped me through a "I was hacked" situation, upgraded my old PC so I didn't have to buy a new one, worked with me on security options, and answered about a hundred questions. He put me at ease, got all of my information transferred to the new hard drive, and had the computer up and running like nothing happened (only the PC was about 10 times faster!). This is the second time I've used this company, and the second time I would have put more than 5 stars if the system allowed it! Could not recommend Hollywood PC Repair any higher!

Like a bonehead, I dropped my external hard drive and my computer would not recognize it or open anything. I have a lot of files, pictures, and information on it that I feared were lost forever. I searched the internet for recovery places and Hollywood PC and Data Recovery was one of the first to pop up. I read the reviews and called. Bobby got back to me within minutes and we set up a time to meet that day. He did some technological wizardry and recovered nearly every single thing on my drive by the next day. He saved me so much time that I would have spent recreating things for my classroom and, even more important, the heartache of losing pictures of family and pets that cannot be recreated or replaced. It was worth every penny if not more. Bobby is amazing and I am eternally thankful for his service, kindness, honesty, and professionalism.
